Over M HKA – Museum van Hedendaagse Kunst Antwerpen

Het Museum van Hedendaagse Kunst Antwerpen, kortweg M HKA, is een toonaangevend museum voor hedendaagse beeldende kunst en visuele cultuur. Diep geworteld in de Antwerpse avant-garde traditie, met een sterke internationale verbondenheid.

Het M HKA verruimt je blik. Met grootschalige tentoonstellingen en intieme presentaties, van gevestigde kunstenaars en aanstormend talent. De collectie omvat regionale en internationale hedendaagse kunst vanaf de avant-garde in de jaren 1960 tot nu. Met topwerken van sleutelkunstenaars zoals Gordon-Matta Clark, Panamarenko en Otobong Nkanga. Naast toonaangevende ensembles uit vele hoeken van de wereld, met een focus op Eurazië.
